Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel an order until it is shipped out of our warehouse, which is notified via email within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. This also includes items purchased on sale. Any money paid will be credited back to the specified bank account.

2. You can change the shipping address of your order before we process (pack) it by calling our customer service number.

 

3. You can cancel your order by calling our customer service number.

4. If you chose Cash on Delivery when placing your order, there is no amount to be refunded because you did not pay for your order. If you paid with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or a wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days of order cancellation.
