Return or Exchange

Each fabric supplied by Fabriana is subjected to a stringent quality check by multiple hands to ensure accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, and undamaged and unworn condition.

 

A. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

In rare cases where you wish to return or exchange a full or partial order, either because the order was not as specified or the product did not meet your expectations (not applicable in the case of fabrics measuring less than 2 meters and purchased on sale), please send us an email at enquiries@fabrianaitalia.com with your order number in the subject line, an image of the specific areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days.

The refund is subject to the conditions outlined in clauses 1 and 2.

 

Please keep in mind that the following items are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are defective.

a. Fabrics with a length of less than 2 meters.

b. Products purchased on sale

c. Fabrics that have been pre-cut.

d. Gift Cards.

f. Textiles On-Demand printin.

  1. When a product is faulty or damaged

 

REFUND POLICY 1.1

 

1.1.1. In all cases of returns covered by clause1.2, the customer will receive a full refund for the returned products.

1.1.2. Discounts on bulk orders worth INR 15000 or more will be pro-rated and applied to the actual net value of the order after the return.

1.1.3 Fabriana will arrange for pickup from your delivery address. The pick-up location must match the shipping address. In the event that our logistics partner is unable to cover the pick-up location, the customer must return the package via IndiaPost and share a scanned copy of the receipt via email/WhatsApp. Fabriana will reimburse shipping costs based on the IndiaPost receipt.

1.1.4. By default, all refunds are processed as gift cards of equivalent value, which a customer can use to purchase products at www.fabrianaitalia.com for a period of three months. If a customer prefers, the refund can be transferred back to the source (for pre-paid orders) or bank account (for cash-on-delivery orders).

 

1.2 COVERED AS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED

 

1.2.1. Significantly inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture, or colors is visible when the product is first unpacked.

1.2.2 The fabric has been ripped and is no longer usable.

1.2.3 The structure is loosely woven in some areas, or the weave is damaged or torn.

1.2.4 Weight variations of more than 25% per meter

 

NOT COVERED AS A DEFECT OR DAMAGE

 

1.3.1. Because color reproduction on various digital screens varies greatly, there will always be some disparity between what you see online and what you see in real life.

1.3.2. Some fabrics exhibit inherent color bleeding after a few washes. The instructions for each such fabric are clearly stated on the product page.

1.3.3. Any fabric ordered in quantities less than 2 meters does not qualify for free shipping.

 

  1. Exchange

 

1.4.1 Any exchange request will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date the returned order/products are received.

1.4.2 Product exchanges shall be calculated based on the net payable price of the item(s), not the MRP.

 

1.5. Returned Product Conditions

 

1.5.1. The product's tags must be intact.

1.5.2 The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.

1.5.3 The item must be returned in its original packaging.

1.5.4 Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

 

2. When a customer is dissatisfied with a product.        

 

2.1. Refund Policy

 

When a customer changes their mind, or the fabrics do not meet their expectations, and wishes to return part or all of their order (not applicable in the case of fabrics measuring less than 2mtrs), Fabriana will accept returns for the remaining fabrics, provided that the returned products meet the conditions outlined in clause 2.2. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the entire shipping cost, and there is no reverse pick-up option available. The refund will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the returned order at the shipping source.

 

2.2. Returned Product Conditions

 

2.2.1 The product's tags must be intact.

2.2.2 The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.

2.2.3 The item must be returned in its original packaging.
